On the Inventory settings page, you can toggle on/off specific suppliers. By removing a supplier, items from this supplier will be removed from your website.
"Include dropship inventory" will add items to your inventory feed from outside of the Reno supplier locations (i.e. QBP PA, QBP CO, etc. etc.) that offer drop shipping services. Lower value items are excluded from this feed that would not be profitable to drop ship.
