There may come a time when you need to enable or disable supplier feeds through the Masterlinq Admin. Please follow the steps below to toggle your suppliers on and off. Note: by turning off a supplier, any items that are unique to that supplier will be removed from your product feed. If the product exists on any enabled supplier, it will remain in the feed.
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Inventory Settings
Step 2: Toggle the specific supplier you need to adjust
After changes are made, please allow up to 24 hours for changes to reflect on your website. If the changes are expected to change a large set of items (10000+), please allow up to several days for the update to complete as Shopify API rate limits will restrict how fast the update can happen.
If at any time you need to immediately remove products from your store, you can delete or hide them directly through the Shopify Admin. Ensure you still make the changes within Masterlinq so the items are not re-created.
