How to Find Which Warehouse Shipped an Order

By following these steps, you can easily determine which warehouse fulfilled and shipped a particular order.

1. Obtain the Order Number:

   • Start by retrieving the order number from Shopify.
     

2. Access Masterlinq:

   • Log in to your Masterlinq account.
     

3. Navigate to Orders:

   • On the left-hand navigation panel, click on "Order."

   • Next, click on "All Orders."
     

4. Search for the Order:

   • In the search box, type in the order number you obtained from Shopify.

   • Press the magnifying glass icon or hit Enter.
     

5. Open the Order Details:

   • Click on the green hyperlinked order number.

   • Next, On the order details page, click on the order number at the top left of the screen to expand the order.
     

6. Check Tracking and Fulfillment Details:

   • The tracking information will be listed at the top of the order details, in which you will see the fulfillment information indicating which warehouse shipped the order along with the tracking number:

     • "Reno Shipment": This means the order was fulfilled by Masterlinq Reno fulfillment center.

     • "Drop Ship Shipment": This indicates that the order shipped via HLC or QBP. It will say that in following the words “Drop Ship Shipment”
