How to Process a Pre-Populated QBP Dropship Order

  1. Login to QBP.

  2. Click "No Active Cart," then "View All Carts" to access pending orders.

  3. Locate the order and click the radio dial next to the order number.

  4. Click the red box labeled "Preview Cart and Checkout."

  5. Verify order details:

    • Check the shipping address for inconsistencies.

    • Compare the order details with Shopify for accuracy.

  6. If everything is correct, click "Checkout."

  7. Click the orange button labeled "Credit Card," then select the appropriate payment method.

  8. Submit the order.


How to Edit an Address in a Pre-Populated QBP Order (If Not Yet Shipped)

  1. Check for address change requests:

    • Review emails before submitting the QBP orders.

  2. Update the address in Shopify:

    • Open Shopify and make the necessary address changes.

  3. Locate the order in QBP:

    • Copy the order number from Shopify.

    • Open QBP, click "No Active Cart", then "View All Carts".

    • Press Ctrl + F, then Ctrl + V to paste and locate the order.

  4. Modify the address in QBP:

    • Click the radio dial next to the order number.

    • Click the red box labeled "Preview Cart and Checkout."

    • Locate the Ship To section and click "Edit."

    • Modify the address as needed, then click "Save."

  5. Verify the changes:

    • Ensure the updated address is saved correctly.

    • Proceed with order submission when ready.

How to Cancel a Pre-Populated QBP Dropship Order

  1. Check for cancellation requests:

    • Check emails for any cancellation requests before processing QBP orders.

  2. Cancel the order in QBP:

    • Login to QBP.

    • Click on the order in Shopify.

    • Copy the order number.

    • Open QBP and click on the button labeled "No Active Cart."

    • Click "View All Carts" to see all orders ready for processing.

    • Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard to open the search function.

    • Paste the order number and locate the order.

    • Click the radio dial next to the order and then select "Delete Cart."

  3. Cancel the order in Shopify:

    • Open Shopify and click on Orders in the left-hand navigation.

    • Find the order number and click the order open.

    • Click the "More Options" button at the top of the page.

    • Select "Cancel" to finalize the cancellation.
