These Customer Terms govern your purchases from bicycle retailers ("Retailers") whose online stores are powered by Masterlinq. When you make a purchase, you are buying from the Retailer, not from Masterlinq directly.
Masterlinq Solutions LLC ("Masterlinq," "we," "us," or "our") provides the technology platform that enables Retailers to operate their online storefronts. The Retailer is responsible for the products they sell, customer service, and fulfillment.
By placing an order through a Masterlinq-powered storefront, you agree to these terms as well as any additional terms provided by the specific Retailer.
2. Account Creation
You may browse Retailer storefronts without creating an account. However, to make a purchase or access certain features, you may need to create an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Your account may be used across multiple Masterlinq-powered storefronts. Each Retailer may have access to your order history and information for orders placed with them.
3. Ordering Products
When you place an order through a Retailer storefront:
- You are making an offer to purchase products from the Retailer
- The Retailer may accept or decline your order at their discretion
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance
- Orders are accepted when the Retailer ships or confirms the order
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice
Retailers make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, the Retailer reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Some products may have quantity limits or other restrictions. The Retailer may cancel orders that appear to be for resale or that violate their policies.
4. Payment and Pricing
Payment for orders is processed securely through Stripe:
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Your payment information is transmitted securely and never stored on Masterlinq servers
- Payment is authorized when you place your order and captured when the order ships
- All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the storefront
Pricing:
- Prices are set by each Retailer and may vary between storefronts
- Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless stated
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected separately upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout:
- Shipping methods and rates are set by each Retailer
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Some products may ship directly from suppliers (dropship)
- Large items like bicycles may require special shipping arrangements
- Tracking information is provided for most shipments
Delivery:
- You must provide an accurate shipping address
- Someone may need to be present to sign for certain deliveries
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
- Contact the Retailer if your package is lost or damaged in transit
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. The Retailer will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are set by each Retailer. Please review the Retailer's return policy before making a purchase. General guidelines include:
- Most Retailers accept returns within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Some items (custom builds, clearance, intimate apparel) may be non-returnable
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
Defective Products:
- Defective products may be returned for replacement or refund
- Contact the Retailer within 48 hours of receiving a defective item
- Provide photos of the defect if requested
- Return shipping for defective items is typically covered by the Retailer

7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. When you shop on a Masterlinq-powered storefront:
- Masterlinq collects and processes your information as described in our Privacy Policy
- The Retailer receives your order and contact information to fulfill your purchase
- Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
